We will work with you from the concept and design phase all the way through the post construction of your home. We know that the process of building a home can be daunting and overwhelming at times. That is why we work hand-in-hand with you during the entire process.
During our first meeting, we will discuss the ideas and features that you have for your home. This will help us formulate an initial concept of what your home will look like.
After we have our initial meeting, we will come up with a preliminary budget for your project. At this point, we can alter the design to add or make changes.
Once we have included everything you want in your home, we will work with our designer, Campbells Residential Design, to design your home. During this phase you will be able to review the floor plans, site layout and elevations of your project. You will be able to get an actual idea, to scale, of what your home will look like
Once you made the final changes to the design and are satisfied, you will be given a final cost for your home. The loan paperwork and contract will be finalized at this point
The construction process is where your dream home starts to take shape. During this process you will need to make choices for the style and color of the products that will make up your home. We will give you plenty of notice of when these decisions need to be made and will provide samples to aide in this process. We will let you know what to expect and when to expect it.
